The truest sentence I know right now is that my endeavor was actually working quite well for me, and I was feeling hopeful and encouraged, until I got in my head about people getting a Substack email from me every day and *insert many unhelpful thoughts about that* so I stopped.
(I froze.)
BUT! I realized I can still do a sentence a day for now, but do it in a digest that I send once a week. Right now, this feels more doable.
*exhales*
And in case you’re wondering, this is (a glimpse of living with) C-PTSD as well as ADHD - constantly having to negotiate complicated wiring and finding workarounds (or not…).

Well realizing that people may unsubscribe because you're flooding their in boxes isn't outrageous. Daily truth digests can def be sent out in a compilated form. Asking is hard. My heart to us both.
